About the Role: As a Domiciliary Care Assistant, you will support individuals in their own homes with personal care, daily routines, and companionship—helping them maintain independence and dignity. Your Responsibilities: Provide personal care, companionship, and emotional support Assist with daily living tasks like washing, dressing, toileting, and meal prep Promote independence and respect each client’s dignity Communicate clearly with clients and team members Travel between clients’ homes in the local area (short distances) What We’re Looking For: Compassionate, kind, and respectful individuals Previous experience in a care setting (domiciliary or similar) is needed Strong communication and listening skills Reliability and flexibility (day or night shifts) Team player with a willingness to continuously improve Must be available to attend 3-day induction training Able to provide 3 years of references Willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check (we can help arrange this) What We Offer: Competitive pay: £12.21 – £15.00 per hour Full training and shadowing to align with our standards Permanent, contracts available Company pension scheme Supportive, professional team environment Employee referral programme Schedule Options: Monday-Sunday Every other weekend required Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: In person
