Full-time Personal Trainer
A leading ultra-premium private training facility in London is seeking a Personal Trainer to join its high-performing team. This is a rare opportunity to work within an exclusive, results-driven environment where performance, discretion and exceptional service are paramount.
Working with a discerning client base, Coaches are expected to deliver bespoke, high-level training while maintaining absolute professionalism and client confidentiality at all times.
This role suits both experienced coaches ready to step into a senior position and ambitious trainers looking to develop within a structured, high-performance environment .
The Company:
This London-based private training facility operates at the top end of the personal training market, delivering highly bespoke, one-to-one and small group coaching in a calm, refined and discreet environment. Every programme is tailored to the individual, with a focus on strength, conditioning and longevity.
The facility is designed to provide absolute privacy and professionalism, ensuring clients feel supported and respected at all times. Coaches are expected to uphold these premium standards, maintaining discretion, attention to detail and excellence in every session.
The Basics:
● Salary: £40k - £50k depending on experience.
● Working hours: 40 hours per week, typically (but not limited to) in the morning (7am-3pm)
● Complimentary training membership.
● Location: Mayfair.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Delivery
Deliver personal and group training sessions to the highest standard, maintaining consistency with company programming and methodology.
Provide members with professional coaching, constructive feedback, and a motivating, safe training environment.
Contribute ideas to refine programming and ensure the smooth daily operation of the facility.
Stay up to date with the latest training research, trends, and techniques to continually improve coaching delivery.
2. Member Experience
Deliver exceptional, personalised member experiences ensuring every individual feels supported and valued.
Play an active role in onboarding new members, helping them integrate seamlessly into the community.
Consistently drive client retention by subtly promoting sessions and packages in a natural, consultative way,
Act as an ambassador for the brand, fostering strong relationships with members and visitors alike.
3. Facility Standards & Safety
Ensure all members train safely and that all equipment and facilities are maintained to a professional standard.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation across training spaces at all times.
Report and log any maintenance issues, adhering to health and safety procedures.
4. Studio Operations Support
Collaborate with the wider site team to achieve membership, engagement and retention targets.
Support events, open days and community initiatives that strengthen brand engagement.
Contribute to internal discussions and share member insights to improve programming and service delivery.
Provide cover and assistance across later sessions when required, ensuring seamless operations across all sites.
The Person:
Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification (minimum).
Proven experience in delivering both personal and small-group training.
Experience in a luxury training environment.
Strong technical coaching skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Highly professional, proactive, and organised, with a commitment to excellence.
A genuine team player who thrives in a collaborative, high-performance environment.
Passionate about strength training, functional fitness, and helping others reach their goals.
Ambitious, coachable, and eager to grow within a structured development framework.
