Payroll Manager
Review, improve and implement all systems and procedures
Manage all aspects of the employee life cycle within the payroll function including pension and benefits
Manage relationships with third parties such as HMRC & software providers
Ensure timely and accurate submissions of statutory returns to employees and HMRC
Be responsible for sickness and absence records and the administration of company benefits including pension, car schemes, healthcare, bonus payments and loans Experience required: Excellent understanding of UK payroll legislation
Proficiency with Sage 50 payroll
Extensive experience within an inhouse payroll function
