Nanny, Full-time role, Job ID J1D7E5
A lovely family in Chiswick, London, is seeking a Full-time Nanny to care for their school-aged child while maintaining their home to a high standard of cleanliness. The ideal candidate will be warm, caring, and supportive, with the ability to meet the child’s emotional needs while confidently managing all general childcare duties. They are looking for someone active, energetic, and enthusiastic who can promote an active and healthy lifestyle. The role also includes cooking and preparing nutritious meals for the family. A valid first aid qualification is essential for this position.
Working hours: During term time, Monday from 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm, Tuesday and Thursday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, and Friday from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, 32 hours per week. During school holidays; Monday from 7:30 am to 6:30 pm, Tuesday and Thursday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, and Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, 45 hours per week, total of 36 hours pro rata.
Duties include:
- Ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children
- Engaging the children in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings such as visits to the park
- Encouraging early literacy by reading books to the children
- Providing homework assistance and supporting the children’s educational growth
- Establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines to support structure and development
- Keeping the children’s bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy
- Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the children
- Assisting with the care of the family’s small dog
The family is seeking someone who can start on the 29th of September 2025, and they are happy to meet lovely candidates.
