Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage the taking off from drawings and pricing for cost estimates, tender documents, etc.
Support the commercial and residential Projects.
Preparation of cost estimates
Manage and monitor the projects to achieve the objective and control budget cost for the project
Prepare and manage accurate cost plans, valutaytions
collaborate closely with managers, site teams, and clients to ensure smooth delivery
Attend meetings and site, clients inspections when required
Preparation of Income and sub-contractor liabilities forecast, cash flow forecast and monthly internal valuation for management to achieve cost control of the project

What We’re Looking For

✔️ Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in commercial and residencial projects, fit out, multiskilled workers, carpenters etc
✔️ Strong knowledge of SMM7/NRM and JCT contracts
✔️ Excellent negotiation and communication skills
✔️ Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
✔️ Proficient in cost management software (e.g., Bluebeam, Causeway, or similar)
✔️ Ability to work independently and manage multiple packages simultaneously
