Senior Client Manager

Blue Legal is partnering with a leading international law firm to recruit a Senior Client Manager to join its flexible legal resourcing division. This is a strategic leadership role focused on driving client engagement, strengthening market position, and delivering profitable growth across the UK business. Working closely with senior stakeholders, the successful candidate will lead sales and client relationship initiatives while supporting the continued expansion of an innovative legal solutions platform.

The Responsibilities:

Partners with the Head of Re:link to shape and execute a comprehensive client strategy and engagement plan aligned with functional growth objectives.

Strengthens client relationships and ensures consistent, effective engagement across all Re:link touchpoints.

Collaborates closely with the wider Matter Optimisation (MO) function to promote Re:link and the broader range of MO capabilities to clients and internal stakeholders. Oversees the Re:link UK sales team responsible for delivering flexible lawyer resources and services to clients, ensuring seamless service delivery across multiple practice areas.

Works alongside the Head of Re:link to establish ambitious sales targets and implement strategies that deliver targets and support profitable growth.

Serves as the main escalation point for all UK sales and client-related issues, leading the resolution of complex and strategic challenges.

Leads the Re:link UK client engagement workstream, managing all client-facing activities including event programme development and delivery, pitch content creation, thought leadership initiatives, and client relationship management. Builds and strengthens key client relationships to enhance Re:link’s market profile, increase brand awareness, and generate profitable revenue.

Directs the development and implementation of Re:link UK pricing strategies, ensuring alignment with market conditions to support growth and maximise profitability.

Leads and develops a high-performing team by setting team objectives and providing guidance to improve overall performance.

The Candidate:

Strong experience within sales, client relationship management, or business development in a professional services environment.

Proven track record of driving profitable growth, leading client engagement strategies, and managing high-performing teams.

Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing priorities within a fast-paced and client-focused environment.
