Group Food & Beverage Coordinator
At Rocco Forte Hotels, we are a family of twelve individual properties, each with its own unique character and style, yet all united by the Forte family’s signature approach to service and hospitality. We pride ourselves on creating exceptional experiences for our guests, defined by genuine warmth, refined elegance, and a deep connection to each hotel’s local culture.
We are now seeking a Group Food & Beverage Coordinator to join our Central F&B team of 5 people. This is a unique opportunity to play an integral role in shaping and supporting the ongoing development and strengthening of our food and beverage offering across the Rocco Forte Hotels group.
About Food & Beverage at Rocco Forte Hotels
Rocco Forte Hotels’ Food & Beverage philosophy is founded on the belief that true luxury lies in individuality, authenticity, and attention to detail, expressed through courage, collaboration, and passion. Each restaurant and bar is uniquely designed to reflect its location’s culture, architecture, and spirit, offering timeless, experience-driven concepts that celebrate local ingredients and true craftsmanship and skill rather than fleeting trends or ostentatious displays. The group emphasizes “quiet luxury” — refined, thoughtful, and elegant rather than flashy — alongside the values of timelessness and warmth, ensuring every guest feels genuinely cared for like family. This philosophy extends to the internal culture, fostering collaboration, respect for produce and people, and a shared commitment to delivering heartfelt, charismatic hospitality that is both authentic and enduring.
Your key responsibilities
We strive to create an experience that, like our hotels, is unique, un fussy and that reflects the true spirit of the city. It is our delight to bring the best of the city to our guests, and through our insight and experience, guide their experience of the city.
As Group Food & Beverage Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative, creative, and operational support to the Central F&B team. Working closely with our hotels and key departments—including Finance, Marketing, Learning & Development, Hotel Development and Operations — you will coordinate a range of group-wide initiatives and ensure the consistent delivery of Rocco Forte’s high standards and quality across all properties.
You will be involved in both strategic and hands-on tasks, from managing performance dashboards and developing training materials to assisting with concept creation, festive planning, and sustainability projects. The role offers a rare opportunity to collaborate with talented teams across Europe and across departments to contribute to the continued evolution of the Rocco Forte Hotels’ F&B philosophy and product offering.
Who we are looking for
To join our family of individuals celebrating the individuality of both our hotels and guests each day, we expect you to bring:
Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably within hospitality or another luxury industry.
Fluency in English is required; additional fluent Italian would be particularly advantageous; other languages also well considered.
A highly organised and detail-oriented professional with strong project coordination skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and in person, with confidence liaising across multiple departments and hotel teams as well as agencies, and ability to liaise with teams across several geographies.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and understanding of AI tools.
Familiarity with Rise 360, SevenRooms, or other hospitality systems is an advantage.
Deep understanding of luxury hospitality standards and tone of voice as well as required quality.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
Flexibility and adaptability to work on a wide range of projects.
