This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with benefits and reward experience to contribute to a high-performing function within a well-established business.
The Role
The Benefits and Reward Analyst will support the operational delivery of the organisation’s reward and benefits offering. Working closely with the Reward Manager and wider HR team, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day processes, benefits administration, and cyclical reward projects.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage day to day benefits administration including liaising with vendors
- Assist in the development and administration of reward policies and plans, including incentive schemes and deferral plans.
- Coordinate Compensation Committee papers and support meeting preparation.
- Administer the firm’s benefits programmes, managing invoices, supplier relationships, and employee queries.
- Analyse and present data on benefits uptake, engagement, and market trends.
- Oversee elements of HRIS data management relating to reward and benefits.
- Provide project support on HR change initiatives and support cross-team collaboration.
About You
- Previous experience working with employee benefits is essential; exposure to reward/compensation processes is highly desirable.
- Strong data analysis skills with advanced Excel (lookups, pivots, index etc.) and confidence in presenting findings.
- Experience within financial services or another fast-paced, highly regulated corporate environment.
- Strong communication skills, able to explain technical information clearly to a wide range of stakeholders.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
