At David Lloyd Clubs we offer a diverse timetable of exercise classes, from yoga to HIIT, alongside our exclusive six Signature Classes: BLAZE - high-intensity strength, cardio & combat trainingSPIRIT - a fusion of yoga and Pilates
CYCLONE - performance-focused indoor cycling
RHYTHM - ride to the beat for a music-fuelled cycling experience
IGN1TE - a choreographed, cardio-based workout
