Christmas Sales Associate (Fixed-Term Contract)

Role Overview:

This Christmas, Liberty will be launching an exclusive One-to-One Gifting Service , offering customers a bespoke shopping experience designed to help them find the perfect gifts from across the store. Running throughout November and December, this exciting service will operate as an extension of our Personal Shopping offering.

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associates who would welcome the opportunity to expand their skills beyond their usual division and immerse themselves in all areas of the business. This role offers a unique chance to develop broader product knowledge, gain new customer service skills and play a key part in delivering a truly memorable festive experience.

We're seeking engaging, dynamic team members who are passionate about delivering exceptional service, building customer relationships, and spreading festive cheer throughout the busiest time of the year.

As part of the Christmas Gifting Team, you will have dedicated days and times each week supporting the gifting service. Outside of your scheduled gifting appointments and gifting floor coverage, you will continue to work within your usual department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Host personalised one-hour gifting appointments within our dedicated Gifting Suite or accompany customers on a curated shopping journey throughout the store.

• Deliver an elevated and memorable shopping experience during peak trading, helping customers find thoughtful gifts while building customer loyalty.

• Provide expert recommendations and share knowledge of Liberty's key gifting collections across all divisions.

• Create meaningful customer connections through exceptional service and tailored gifting solutions.

• Represent the Liberty brand with warmth, expertise, and a passion for customer experience.

Please note, this role is offered on a full-time basis of 37.5 hours per week, fixed-term, commencing mid-October and concluding on 24th December.
