As the Accommodation Clerk Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our front-of-house operations—motivating your team, ensuring smooth daily processes, and supporting the site manager with key tasks. You’ll play a vital role in making sure our guests feel welcome and well looked after.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing daily accommodation operations and leading your team
• Handling booking requests and guest communications (approx. 50 emails/day)
• Preparing arrival packs and coordinating guest check-ins/check-outs
• Maintaining accurate records using software and Excel
• Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders
• Ensuring GDPR compliance and confidentiality at all times.

What we’re looking for:

• UK residency for the past 3 years (due to sector requirements)
• Legal right to work in the UK
• Ability to pass full security vetting and DBS checks
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• A proactive, independent approach with confidence in working with senior management.
