IT Infrastructure Operations Engineer, Investment Management
- Manage, maintain and improve Microsoft Azure and on-premises infrastructure.
- Support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory and identity services.
- Administer Windows Server and virtualised environments.
- Automate infrastructure processes using PowerShell, Terraform or Bicep.
- Contribute to cloud migration and infrastructure-modernisation projects.
- Monitor infrastructure performance, availability and capacity.
- Investigate and resolve complex infrastructure incidents and service issues.
- Manage networking, connectivity, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs and firewalls.
- Support Microsoft Intune and other endpoint-management platforms.
- Maintain backup, disaster-recovery and business-continuity capabilities.
- Partner with cybersecurity teams on access, vulnerabilities and security controls.
- Coordinate with MSPs, cloud providers and external technology partners.
- Support change, release, incident and problem-management processes.
- Produce and maintain accurate technical documentation.
- Provide technical guidance and escalation support to service-desk teams.
- Identify infrastructure risks, capability gaps and improvement opportunities.
