Drama (ECT Support) - Haringey Outstanding Secondary School
We are looking for an energetic Drama ECT to join us, providing a stable and supportive 2-year induction while you contribute to the flourishing creative life of our school.

The Role & Responsibilities Supporting the Performing Arts Lead, you will deliver the vital performance training that allows students to find their voice.
Performance Coaching: Teaching Drama across KS3 and KS4, balancing physical performance with the study of influential practitioners.
Production Management: Assisting in the direction and coordination of major annual school productions and theatre trips.
Curriculum Design: Helping to create inclusive and diverse schemes of work that reflect our vibrant school community.
Professional Reflection: Engaging in regular peer observations to accelerate your development into an expert practitioner.
Requirements
Degree: BA (Hons) in Drama, Theatre Studies, or Performing Arts.
QTS: Evidence of successful completion of teacher training.
Right to Work: Must possess the legal right to work in the UK.
Salary & Contract Details
Salary Range: £40,317 – £62,496 (M1 – UPS3 Inner London Scale)
Hours: Full-time | Permanent Contract | ASAP Start
