The Sales Development Rep Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the start of their sales career who wants to learn fast, work on real projects, and make an impact.

As a Sales Development Representative , you'll:

* Qualify inbound leads and tender opportunities
* Support bids, proposals, and RFI/RFQ responses
* Keep pipeline accurate and organised in HubSpot
* Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams
* Book meetings, track actions, and help deals move forward

Their goal isn't just to get on the spec - it's to stay there. That means asking the right questions, engaging the right people, and helping position their offer at the top.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role - ideal for someone organised, commercially curious, and eager to grow.

What You Bring:

You might be a graduate (e.g. architecture, interior design, quantity surveying, construction management) or have 1-3 years' experience in sales coordination, estimating, or fitout support.

More importantly, you bring:
