- Produce High-Quality Pastry Items: Assist in preparing and producing a diverse range of desserts, pastries, and baked goods to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain Kitchen Hygiene & Safety: Strictly adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols, ensuring a clean and organised workstation.
- Support Pastry Operations: Work efficiently as part of the pastry team, managing assigned sections and ensuring timely production during service.
- Ensure Product Consistency: Monitor and maintain the consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all finished pastry products.
- Assist with Stock & Waste Management: Help manage inventory, properly store ingredients, and minimise waste in the pastry section.
Requirements
· 1-2 Years Professional Pastry Experience:
· Foundational Pastry Skills
· Kitchen & Hygiene Acumen
· Recipe Adherence & Consistency
· Teamwork & Eagerness to Learn
