Are you passionate about helping others grow while developing your own professional skills? This is a fantastic opportunity to join an international business that has new hybrid opportunities working as an Internship Coordinators. Upon successful completion of 6 months in this role the company provides the chance to extend or turn the contract into a permanent role.
Responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with students, understanding their career aspirations and placing them into internships accordingly
- Providing guidance and support to students throughout the interview process
- Sourcing leads that can provide internships
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Actively track students' internship compliance (UK Visa & Immigration requirements)
We are seeking personable, confident, bright and engaging candidates that can make a significant impact to the team, students and themselves. Within this role we ask for some relevant previous office experience, with previous Recruitment or HR Admin experience being a real bonus, but not mandatory.
