Senior Client Services Account Executive – GBSO (EMEA)

At Collinson , we are passionate about delivering exceptional experiences for our clients and their customers across the globe. As part of our Global Business Services Operations (GBSO) team, we are looking for a Senior Client Services Account Executive to take ownership of the operational management of a key client in the EMEA region.

In this role, you will work closely with our regional Commercial team to ensure clients are seamlessly on-boarded, fully supported throughout their journey, and that all operational processes run efficiently and to the highest standard. You will be a trusted partner to your clients — proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operational activities for regional EMEA clients.

Manage smooth client onboarding in line with agreed implementation timelines.

Support regular billing processes and resolve disputes or complaints effectively.

Produce and distribute account information, management reports, and analytics.

Act as the subject matter expert for your client, contributing to wider company initiatives.

Build strong relationships through regular communication and exceptional client service.

Collaborate with internal teams and escalate issues when required.

Participate in client and stakeholder meetings, ensuring SLA and KPI targets are met.

Coordinate with Commercial teams on new client handovers and contract finalisation.

Liaise cross-functionally to implement new deals, developments, or system changes successfully.

Represent Operations on projects impacting your clients and region.

Maintain deep knowledge of the operational, financial, and contractual aspects of your accounts.

Skills and Experience

Proven experience in a client-facing account management or service delivery role.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills across diverse audiences.

Excellent numeracy and computer literacy (MS Office proficiency required).

Additional languages are an advantage.
