- Contribute to thought leadership on cyber issues.
- Provide regular training for cyber / claims colleagues as well as other teams in Marsh.
- Provide support to the cyber team through the feedback of claims intelligence to product development colleagues.
- Support the business in winning and retaining clients.
- Manage client relationships from a claims perspective.
- Capture actionable, aggregate data for use by clients in future pre-incident planning and risk managements.
- Work with broking, claims and advisory leadership to define the remuneration model for complex claims services.
What you need to have:
- Proven experience of resolving complex cyber claims.
- Significant proven claims management experience is essential.
- Significant experience gained within a Claims team, or coverage or incident management team at a law firm, is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship management skills.
- Experience of presenting to clients and colleagues.
What makes you stand out?
- Demonstrate technical ability, market knowledge and the personality to build relationships with new and existing clients.
- Ability to identify revenue opportunities and secure engagements.
Why join our team:
- We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders.
- We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have impact for colleagues, clients and communities.
- Our scale enables us to provide a range of career opportunities, as well as benefits and rewards to enhance your well-being.
