Who you are:

An energetic and enthusiastic coordinator who is happy to be busy and likes being helpful and getting things done.

Primary objective of the job:

This is a dynamic and varied role with responsibilities across several functions. The key responsibility will be to co-ordinate refurbishment & improvement projects within the White Stuff estate, UK & internationally.

What you’ll be doing:

With support from the Senior Project Manager and as part of the wider Property team you will support;

  • Refurbishment project procurement, liaison & programming.
  • Shop acquisition liaison & planning.
  • Contractor / Supplier liaison & procurement
  • Project & shop Health & Safety documentation & liaison
  • Shop equipment sourcing, procurement & performance evaluation.
  • Project budgeting, forecasting & reporting.
  • WS Estate management liaison. To include landlord communication, data collation and data inputting.
  • Support Office management team at Head office (Oval, London) during holidays or sickness

What you’ll need:

  • A good pro-active approach with ability to meet timescales & deadlines
  • Good organisational & planning skills
  • Pragmatic and good communication skills
  • Experience of working in property & maintenance, (retail preferred)
  • H&S awareness & training.
  • Experience of working in a small busy team with constantly changing priorities.
  • Proven administration skills
  • Able to build rapport & form good working relationships
  • Good experience of Excel & PowerPoint
