Join us as a Consumer Engagement Intern and play a crucial role in connecting with our valued customers across the globe.

As a Consumer Engagement Intern, you'll support the Global Consumer Engagement Team by handling consumer feedback, including claims, quality issues, and ensuring top-notch customer service. You'll work with products ranging from Cosmetics and Food Supplements to Medical Devices and Pharmaceuticals, collaborating with both in-house and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage consumer feedback and complaints, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Investigate quality issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Efficiently handle claims and reimbursements.
• Analyze consumer feedback to identify trends and improvement areas.
• Support the development of consumer engagement strategies.
• Maintain business relationships with external contractors.
• Participate in project meetings across various departments.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a proactive "can do" attitude, and a desire for continuous improvement. You should be a team player with an enquiring mind and be proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Education & Experience:

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Have the right to work in the UK (including a student visa that allows you to undertake an internship opportunity)
