Geography Teacher
This fixed-term Teacher of Geography role focuses on delivering high-quality teaching, supporting strong student progress, and contributing to the wider life of the school. About the role The role involves planning and teaching well-structured Geography lessons, using strong subject knowledge and engaging strategies to stretch all learners. You’ll assess and monitor progress, adapt teaching to meet individual needs, and contribute to curriculum development within the department. The position also includes involvement in extracurricular activities, collaboration with colleagues, and ongoing professional development. Requirements To be considered for the role of Geography Teacher you will: QTS or QTLS (or an equivalent UK teaching qualification) A degree or equivalent level of education Experience teaching Art at Key Stages 3 - 5 in UK secondary schools Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage and inspire students Compassionate, understanding, and committed to student development Available for an immediate start Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications.
