We are one of London’s leading M&E contractors, delivering high-quality services across prestigious sites in the capital. Due to continued growth, we’re seeking a skilled Gas & Plumbing Engineer to join our team and support our expanding client base.
Job Description:
As a Gas & Plumbing Engineer, you’ll provide reliable plumbing and mechanical services across domestic and commercial properties. You’ll carry out installations, repairs, and maintenance with a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Install, repair, and maintain plumbing and mechanical systems (domestic & commercial)
* Diagnose faults and deliver effective solutions
* Perform first and second fix plumbing works
* Test and commission systems for safe operation
* Complete risk assessments and maintain safe working practices
* Record job details accurately (electronic and paper-based)
* Participate in out-of-hours call-out rota
Requirements:
Essential:
* Gas Safe Registered (Domestic & Commercial)
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)
* Commercial Gas: COCN1, CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1, TPCP1A, CDGA1
* Domestic Gas: CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, CPA1
* Experience in domestic and commercial environments
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Right to work in the UK
Desirable:
* G3 Unvented Hot Water Systems
* LPG & Catering Gas qualifications
* WRAS Water Regulations Certificate
* Asbestos Awareness, Manual Handling, Working at Height
* Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS)
