MEP Commercial Lead - Major UK Healthcare Project - Tier 1 Main Contractor

£100,000 to £110,000 + Package

Are you ready to take the reins on one of the UK's most high-profile healthcare schemes? We're looking for an experienced MEP Commercial Lead to oversee a substantial building services package on a flagship project in Central London.

This role calls for a commercially sharp professional who can balance client relationships with project delivery, while ensuring value, compliance, and profitability at every stage. You'll be embedded in the senior team, with the scope to influence outcomes and set the tone commercially on a multi-million-pound development.

What you'll be doing:

• Driving cost and value management, ensuring robust systems are in place to track performance.
• Leading on commercial negotiations and managing contractual matters under NEC.
• Collaborating closely with clients, stakeholders, and delivery teams to secure successful outcomes.
• Monitoring and reporting on complex financial data, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Providing leadership in both commercial decision-making and wider project culture.

What we're looking for:

• A strong background in major MEP packages (preferably £50m+ in value).
• Demonstrable success working under NEC contracts.
• Experience leading commercial teams on complex healthcare or similar technically demanding projects.
• Exceptional negotiation, reporting, and risk management skills.
• A proven ability to manage disputes and contractual challenges.
