Class 2 Day Driver
The Best Connection are currently looking for Class 2 Drivers in Yeading!
We are currently recruiting experienced Class 2 drivers for a leading global transport client based in Yeading.
Competitive Pay Rates:
- Monday to Friday: £17.00 per hour
- Overtime (after 8 hours): £25.50 per hour
- Saturday: £25.50 per hour
- Sunday: £34 per hour
Role Details:
- Deliver home and garden furniture to customer premises
- Drivers will be accompanied by a driver's mate
- Operating a HGV Class 2 vehicle (may be 7.5t on certain days) in a safe and efficient manner
Typical shift:
- 07:00 - 16:00 (times may vary up to 11am start)
- Weekend work required Key
Responsibilities:
- Up to 15 deliveries per day
- Handling heavy lifting
- Handball included
- Collaborating with a driver's mate to ensure safe delivery of products
Requirements:
- Valid C license (with no more than 6 points)
- In-date CPC and Digi card
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent customer service skills
