Reception and Community engagement
- Deliver a welcoming front-of-house reception service for clients, visitors, and staff.
- Manage incoming calls, correspondence, and general administrative tasks efficiently.
- Coordinate community engagement initiatives to build and maintain partnerships.
- Organise and support events that promote the company's presence within the community.
- Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it reflects professionalism at all times.
- Assist with scheduling and meeting room bookings as required.
- Provide administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department.
- Act as a key point of contact for community stakeholders and internal teams.
