Sous Chef - Eurostar, London
Salary: £33,408 per annum
Schedule: 5 out of 7 days per week
Location: London
- Support the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations
- Lead, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff
- Assist with menu preparation and high-volume food production
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation across all dishes
- Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Junior Sous ready to step up
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong understanding of food safety and operational efficiency
- Ability to perform under pressure
