Senior Product Designer (Contract-to-Hire)
6 month contract with conversion potential | Europe first | Enterprise B2B
We’re hiring five Senior Product Designers to help redefine a complex, mission critical enterprise product as part of a broader future state transformation. This is not an incremental UI refresh. The mandate is to step back, rethink core user jobs to be done, and help design what this product should look and feel like by 2030.
Design is being deliberately centralised and elevated. All designers sit within a single, senior led design organisation and are embedded directly into product squads alongside Product Managers and Engineers. The goal: consistent, high quality design with real influence on product direction.
This is a hands on role for designers who can ship, not just talk — people who are excited by modern tooling, AI enabled workflows, and shaping entirely new user experiences in large scale B2B software.
What you’ll do

• Lead end to end product design across complex B2B workflows, from discovery through to high fidelity delivery
• Help define a future state product vision, moving beyond incremental improvements to re imagined user experiences
• Work closely with PMs and Engineers in dedicated product squads (PM + Designer + Engineer)
• Translate messy, real world enterprise problems into clear, intuitive product experiences
• Actively explore and apply AI driven design and agent led interaction patterns where they create real user value
• Produce high quality design artefacts in Figma / FigJam, from early concepts to production ready designs
• Raise the design bar through strong craft, pragmatic thinking, and delivery focus

What we’re looking for

• Senior level Product Designer with a proven track record delivering real products, ideally in B2B or enterprise environments
• Strong practical skills in modern design tools (Figma / FigJam are table stakes)
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and shaping problems, not just polishing solutions
• A delivery mindset: you can move fast, make decisions, and get things shipped
• Clear interest in AI, automation, and modern product practices (surface level ChatGPT use isn’t enough)
• Domain knowledge is not essential — curiosity, adaptability, and design maturity matter more

Contract & structure

• Contract: 6 month contract to hire
• High performers may convert to permanent roles
• Strong potential may extend; non fit exits cleanly
• Locations: Europe first
• Priority hubs include London, Stockholm, Berlin, Amsterdam, Spain, and Poland
• US candidates considered (Austin / New York preferred; West Coast time zones are challenging)
• Engagement: Contractors or freelancers welcomed for fast starts
