Reposting with updated working hours - Monday - Froday 8am-4pm
Mother work from home Monday and Friday and from the office 3 days per week.

The Nanny Circle is delighted to be supporting a warm, thoughtful American family based in Queen’s Park in their search for an exceptional, career nanny to join them on a long-term, permanent basis.

This is a full-time position suited to a professional nanny who values structure, routine and clear communication, and who brings genuine passion for early years development. The family is seeking a calm, reliable and emotionally attuned nanny who will become a trusted and consistent presence in their children’s lives.

The Family

Two girls aged 10 months and 3 years

The eldest attends school; the role will primarily focus on caring for the baby during the day

Mother works 3 days in the office and Mondays and Friday from home. Father works full time from the office.

The household is organised, routine-led and places high value on structure, nutrition and consistency

A friendly labradoodle is part of the family

The Role

Position: Permanent, full-time nanny (long-term)

Start date: Ideally first week of February for a 2 week handover

Trials: From the first week of January

Location: Queen’s Park, London

This role will suit a nanny who thrives in a structured environment and understands the importance of following schedules, maintaining clear boundaries and working collaboratively with parents.

Salary & Package

£42,000–£48,000 gross per annum
(Dependent on experience, qualifications and long-term fit)

This is a permanent role offering stability, clarity and a respectful working environment. The family is keen to secure the right long-term nanny and is happy to offer a competitive salary for a candidate who brings strong baby experience, confidence with routine and excellent communication.

Duties

Sole charge care of the baby during the day

Shared care of both children as required

School pick-ups for the eldest child

Planning and supporting age-appropriate, milestone-led activities

Reading, singing and musical play

Preparing children’s meals with direction from mum

Maintaining daily schedules and routines

All nursery duties, including children’s laundry, tidying play spaces and organising belongings
