Our client, a prestigious international law firm with a long-standing reputation for excellence, is seeking ambitious lawyers to join their highly regarded Real Estate team in London. This is an outstanding opportunity for both mid-level Associates and Senior Associates to work on some of the most high-profile and complex real estate matters in the UK and internationally.

The firm has an extensive global network spanning Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Australia, and is consistently recognised for its commercial expertise and commitment to innovation. The London real estate practice is ranked among the very best in the market, well known for advising on landmark transactions and major regeneration projects across sectors including office, retail, leisure, hotels, residential and mixed-use developments.

In this role, you will advise on a wide range of transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, lettings, development projects and asset management. You will take responsibility for drafting and negotiating key documentation, progressing matters efficiently and acting as a trusted advisor to a diverse client base comprising institutional investors, developers, corporates and public bodies. Senior candidates will also play an active role in supervising junior lawyers, contributing to client strategy and supporting the continued growth of the practice. At all levels, there is a strong emphasis on business development, relationship-building and maintaining a clear commercial focus in everything you do.

The firm is looking for qualified solicitors in England & Wales with solid real estate experience gained at a leading City or international law firm. For Associate-level roles, you will bring between two and five years’ post-qualification experience and a strong foundation across a broad range of real estate transactions. For Senior Associates, you will bring upwards of five years’ PQE, a proven track record of managing complex matters, and the ability to provide strategic advice as well as mentoring colleagues. At every level, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment are essential.
