Reception and Community engagement
Manage incoming calls, correspondence, and general administrative tasks efficiently.
Coordinate community engagement initiatives to build and maintain partnerships.
Organise and support events that promote the company's presence within the community.
Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it reflects professionalism at all times.
Assist with scheduling and meeting room bookings as required.
Provide administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department.
Act as a key point of contact for community stakeholders and internal teams.Profile A successful Reception and Community Engagement professional should have: Previous experience in a reception or administrative role.
A proactive approach to community engagement and relationship building.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.Job Offer Competitive salary of £32000, £35000 per annum.
Permanent role based in London Chiswick.
