SEMH Teacher
* Plan and deliver engaging, individualised lessons for students with SEMH needs
* Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team (including therapists and behaviour mentors)
* Track progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to EHCP reviews
* Build strong, positive relationships with pupils to promote trust and engagement
* Model emotional regulation and resilience to support students' personal development
* Contribute to whole-school initiatives and the wider life of the school Qualifications and Experience * Experience teaching students with SEMH or SEND needs desirable
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Strong behaviour management skills and understanding of trauma-informed practice
* Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
* Resilience, adaptability, and a positive approach
