Junior B2B Sales Advisor
Essex and London
£25,000 basic with realistic earning of £60,000. Uncapped.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to kick-start a successful sales career — no extensive experience needed, just the right attitude and work ethic.
You’ll be speaking with small and medium-sized businesses every day, making a high volume of outbound B2B calls, understanding their needs, and helping them switch to better business solutions.
What you’ll be doing
- Making high volumes of outbound sales calls to business customers
- Holding confident, professional conversations to uncover business needs
- Recommending suitable products and services
- Working towards clear sales targets with full training and support
What we’re looking for
- Comfortable and confident making lots of outbound calls
- Ambitious, driven, and target-focused
- Strong communication skills
- Limited experience is fine — attitude matters more than background
What’s on offer
- Basic salary circa £25,000
- Realistic on target earnings of £50,000–£60,000 with uncapped commission
- Structured training, coaching, and clear progression
