As a result of their continued successful growth, this leading affordable developer is currently seeking a Technical Manager to join them on a scheme in North West London and oversee this significant scheme. Due to the upcoming workload in this thriving and busy region there is tangible progression.

Established for nearly 60 years this developer has a reputation for designing and building award winning developments and creating homes with a unique style, setting them aside from their competitors.

This role would suit Technical or Design Managers with previous residential or mixed-use experience within a similar developer or main contractor. However, experienced Technical and Design Co-ordinators looking for the next step will also be considered for this opportunity if they have worked on all elements and on both traditional build and RC frame projects.
