International Corporate Tax Manager

Pure Search are partnered with a UK headquartered organisation who are seeking an experienced tax professional to manage in-house corporate tax matters across the EMEA region. This role supports the wider group tax function and involves oversight of compliance, reporting, and risk management. It offers exposure to international tax issues within a UK-headquartered business.

Responsibilities:

• Manage UK and EMEA corporate tax compliance, including coordination with external advisors.
• Prepare UK tax filings and statutory disclosures; support consolidated tax reporting and forecasting.
• Analyse UK tax legislation and draft technical documentation on areas such as CFC, CIR, and financing.
• Contribute to the implementation of global tax initiatives, including Pillar Two.
• Assist with EMEA tax governance, risk management, and regulatory responses.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to improve tax processes and controls.

Candidate Profile:

• 3+ years PQE experience in Corporate Tax
• Strong technical knowledge of UK tax rules and accounting standards (IFRS).
• ACA or ACCA or CTA qualified (or equiv.)

This is a full-time, hybrid offering, based in the London office 3 days a week. The role is paying up to £100,000 + bonus.
