School Business Manager - Islington (Inner London)

Start Date: ASAP Start – Permanent, Full-Time
Salary Range: £58,000 – £72,000 (Based on Experience)
The Opportunity
This is a senior leadership position at a flagship Islington school for a strategic School Business Manager. You will be responsible for the overall business management of the school, including finance, HR, and premises operations. The school is seeking a leader who can drive change and ensure that the institution operates on a sustainable and efficient footing.
Core Responsibilities
The position focuses on robust financial management, including the preparation of the annual budget and multi-year forecasts. You will lead on procurement, negotiating contracts to ensure the school receives the best value for money. As a member of the SLT, you will contribute to the whole-school development plan and ensure that non-teaching services are aligned with the school's educational goals.
