Promoting resilience, independence, and positive learning behaviours will be central to your role.

You will work closely with teaching assistants, colleagues, and senior leaders to maintain high standards across Key Stage 2. Communication with parents and carers will be an important aspect of your responsibilities.

  • Maintain a structured, positive, and inclusive classroom environment

  • Promote independence, resilience, and positive behaviour

  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and KS2 colleagues

  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers

  • Participate in staff meetings, CPD, and school improvement initiatives
