Key Responsibilities of Early Years Teaching Assistant : As an Early Years Teaching Assistant in Newham, you will: * Morning Support: Provide tailored support to students with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs, including ADHD and self-harming behaviors.
* Inclusive Learning: Use your skills to create a nurturing and inclusive environment for all students.
* Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with teachers and SENCO to implement tailored support plans and interventions.

* Nappy Changing: Must be experienced with nappy changing.
* Proactivity and Resilience: A proactive, resilient individual who can uphold high standards and bring out the best in pupils.
* Expertise: Strong understanding of SEN, safeguarding, and child protection practices.
* Versatility: Ability to support with nappy changing and cater to individual special educational needs.
* Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required.
