Oakleaf are partnered with a leading financial services organisation to support them in their search for a HR Assistant. This is a London-based roles 3 days per week and is ideal for someone with a strong HR administration background.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the HR inbox
  • Support on recruitment activities
  • Update payroll changes
  • Own the onboarding process
  • Support on offboarding processes

Required experience:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Good administrative skills
  • Experience working within financial services (ideal)
