We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly effective, and dedicated Business and Economics Teacher to join the successful faculty at a well-regarded secondary academy in the Hounslow area of West London.
This is a full-time, permanent position .

Teach Business Studies and Economics across Key Stage 4 (KS4) and Key Stage 5 (KS5).

We Are Looking For:
A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) .
A relevant degree in Business, Economics, or a closely related discipline.
A proven track record as an excellent teacher with mandatory experience teaching both Business Studies and Economics to Key Stage 5 (A-Level or BTEC equivalent) .
A genuine passion for the subjects and the ability to inspire and challenge students of all abilities.
The drive to contribute positively to the academic life of the school.
Salary and Benefits
Main Pay Scale/Upper Pay Scale (MPS/UPS) for Teachers.
The base salary will be paid according to experience within the statutory Outer London Pay Scale (The Outer London Main Pay Range minimum is approximately £37,870 as of September 2025).
A fixed Recruitment and Retention (R&R) Allowance of £2,000 per annum.
