The role Head of Year:

• The Head of Year will lead a secondary year group embedding high standards of behaviour and attendance

• As Head of Year you will create a positive aspirational culture where pupils feel supported and challenged

• The Head of Year will oversee pastoral systems attendance strategies and pupil wellbeing

• Work closely with families to build strong partnerships that support pupil progress
