This is a brilliant opportunity for a Senior Visual Merchandiser who wants to genuinely own the VM remit , rather than simply execute a brief created elsewhere.

We're partnering with a fast-paced, entrepreneurial fashion and accessories business looking for someone to take real ownership of how its brands show up across retail.

This is NOT a role where you'll simply:

• Receive a VM pack from Head Office
• Follow pre-set planograms
• Implement somebody else's creative direction

Instead, you'll OWN it .

You'll be responsible for shaping the visual merchandising approach from concept through to execution, including:

• Creating the VM strategy and seasonal direction
• Developing guidelines, principles and brand standards
• Owning product placement, layouts and customer journey
• Translating launches and campaigns into compelling retail environments
• Making commercial decisions based on product performance and customer behaviour
• Working closely with Retail, Brand, Marketing and Product teams
• Visiting stores and ensuring standards are delivered consistently
• Coaching store teams to understand the why , not just the execution
• Continually evolving the VM approach as the retail estate grows

Who we're looking for

You'll already have strong VM experience within fashion, accessories, beauty or another design-led consumer brand , but importantly, you'll have operated beyond pure execution.

We want someone who can say:

"I created that approach, I made those decisions, and I owned how it landed in stores."
