Salary: £33,000
Contract: Full Time – Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
· Lead, inspire, and develop an empathetic team that delivers needs-led, compliant customer consultations
· Create a welcoming, inclusive store environment where customers feel heard, supported, and confident in their choices
· Role model Healthspan’s advisory approach, ensuring guidance is accurate, clear and always compliant
· Build long-term customer relationships and a sense of community
· Set clear performance expectations and support the team to achieve targets in a responsible, compliant and service led way over a “sales” approach
· Train and coach team members to be credible, trusted advisors through expert product knowledge and a detailed customer journey.
· Drive expert product knowledge across an intricate range and a regulated sector
· Act as a Healthspan ambassador, representing the brand with professionalism, warmth, and integrity
The Role:
The Store Manager plays a pivotal role in bringing the Healthspan mission to life at a store level. You are a trusted presence for customers and colleagues, leading with integrity, empathy, and professionalism.
You will support build and develop a high-performing team that delivers outstanding, compliant customer experiences, grounded in trust and genuine care. Through strong leadership and operational excellence, you will drive sustainable performance while fostering a loyal customer base and an engaged in-store community.
About You:
· Proven experience as a SM – ideally 2 years
· Experienced in environments that have intricate product ranges and detailed customer journeys
· Comfortable leading meaningful, sometimes sensitive customer conversations with empathy and maturity
· Strong understanding of compliance and the importance of delivering guidance responsibly
· A natural relationship-builder who earns trust through credibility and consistency
· Genuine passion for health, wellbeing, and helping people make informed choices
· Values loyalty both to your team and to the communities you serve
· Calm, considered leadership style with the ability to inspire confidence in others
