Met Strip Fitter
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out vehicle strip and fit repairs to manufacturer and insurance standards.
* Undertake mechanical, electrical and trim (MET) work where required.
* Diagnose faults and complete repairs using modern equipment and tools.
* Work efficiently to achieve deadlines without compromising quality.
* Follow all health, safety, and compliance procedures.

Requirements
* Proven experience as a Strip Fitter / MET Technician within a bodyshop or accident repair environment.
* ATA/NVQ Level 3 qualification desirable but not essential.
* Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge with good problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Full UK driving licence.
