We're looking for an experienced leader to join a leading UK Insurer on their Financial Risk team. You will oversee the company's balance sheets, asset-liability management (ALM), and financial risks, helping shape the long-term financial strategy.You will lead a high-performing team, provide advice on key business decisions, and make complex financial concepts simple for stakeholders.This is a unique opportunity for an experienced leader to join a forward-thinking organisation at a pivotal time of transformation. You'll play a key role in driving strategic change and shaping the future direction of the business. You will be joining a leading organisation at a defining moment in its journey.What you'll need:Qualified actuary with strong knowledge of life insurance, annuities, and BPAsExperience in balance sheet and capital modelling, ALM, liquidity, and solvencyKnowledge of Solvency UK, IFRS 17, and UK GAAPProven leadership and excellent communication skills
