In-house Commercial Lawyer (12mFTC)
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including:
- Master Services Agreements (MSAs)
- Supplier and procurement contracts
- Consultancy agreements
- SaaS and technology agreements
- Confidentiality agreements (NDAs)
- Terms and conditions
- Framework and outsourcing arrangements
- Providing pragmatic, risk-based legal advice to business stakeholders
- Supporting strategic projects, commercial transactions, and business transformation initiatives
- Advising on contractual risk, liability provisions, indemnities, and dispute management
- Working closely with procurement, sales, finance, compliance, and operational teams
- Supporting data protection and privacy matters, including GDPR compliance
- Assisting with regulatory and governance requirements across the business
- Managing external legal counsel where required
- Developing and improving contract templates, legal processes, and playbooks
- Delivering commercially focused legal guidance to enable business objectives while mitigating legal risk
- Supporting senior leadership on complex legal and commercial matters as they arise
