Religious Education Role - ECT Support in Camden
We are excited to be working with an Outstanding secondary school in Camden to recruit a high-calibre and enthusiastic RE ECT. This full-time, permanent position starts in April 2026 and offers a fantastic opportunity to join a successful Humanities team. This role is specifically structured to support Early Career Teachers, offering a dedicated induction lead and a collaborative environment where your growth as a professional is a top priority.

Responsibilities
Teach engaging RE lessons across KS3 and KS4 as a passionate subject specialist
Benefit from regular 1-to-1 sessions with an experienced ECT induction tutor
Support students in achieving excellence through a creative approach to the curriculum
Contribute to a successful Humanities department of specialist teachers
Participate in a strong culture of professional development and peer observations
Qualifications and Experience
Degree in Theology, Philosophy, RE, or a related discipline
PGCE or QTS (achieved or pending)
Must have the right to work in the UK
Salary and Benefits
Salary Range: £40,317 to £62,496 (Inner London)
Full-time, permanent position with a three-week paid induction in July
