Facilities Manager Needed ASAP for School in Brenrford

A prestigious school in Brentford, London is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to take responsibility for the smooth operation and maintenance of its school facilities.
This is an important position within the school’s operations team and would suit someone with previous experience in facilities, estates, property or premises management.
The successful candidate will coordinate maintenance activity, oversee contractors, monitor site standards and support the school’s wider health and safety requirements.
Key responsibilities:
Managing planned and reactive maintenance
Coordinating contractors and suppliers
Conducting regular site inspections
Monitoring building and facilities standards
Supporting health and safety compliance
Maintaining accurate facilities records
Managing maintenance requests
Supporting school events and lettings
Liaising with senior staff regarding premises requirements
The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive and confident taking responsibility for a busy school site.
Previous experience within education would be beneficial, although candidates with strong commercial facilities or estates experience will also be considered.
Salary will be dependent on experience.
