Specialist, SEO
s360 UK is looking for an SEO Specialist with 3-5 years experience and a passion for eCommerce and retail to join our growing team. Our London team of 30+ work closely together, acting as an extension of our client’s team for leading retailers such as Wrangler, Schuh, Emma Bridgewater & New Era. In this role you will be part of the UK SEO team, working to deliver on comprehensive SEO strategies and to drive outstanding results for our Ecommerce brands.
The Role
We're looking for an SEO Specialist who is ready to be a key player in delivering outstanding results for our clients. The ideal candidate is action-orientated, solutions-focused, and eager to contribute to a talented team. Your work will be structured around four key pillars:
Strategy:
- Fully understanding clients’ goals, customers and business.
- Supporting to develop and present long-term client strategies with a tactical roadmap, recommendations and insights across technical SEO, content, and UX.
- Clearly and confidently communicating performance, analysis, and recommendations in client meetings and internal sessions, whether in person or over a virtual call.
Execution:
- Hands-on execution of technical & UX audits, on-page copy optimisations and off-page strategies.
- Proactively looking for ways to improve workflows and make implementation more efficient.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm updates to spot new opportunities and evolve tactics for your clients.
Reporting:
- Confident using data to measure performance with strong proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and other essential SEO platforms.
- Building and maintaining data within Google Sheets and Looker Studio dashboards to monitor performance and showcase key insights.
- Ownership of weekly and monthly performance reporting, and supporting the team with analysis for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and deep dives.
Training:
- Dedicated time to upskilling in the platforms, industry and wider digital trends.
- Training delivered through s360’s extensive induction programme.
- Contributing to s360’s training materials on topics that you excel and are passionate about.
