£47,750 OTE £57,300- Competitive Pension, Family Partnership & much more.

Romford – 40 Hour Contract – Working 5 days a week – Monday – Sunday on a rota’d basis.

Your Role

  • Lead our dynamic sales team that are hungry for success.
  • Achieve overall store contribution through sales, margin and KPI management.
  • Deliver excellent customer service from welcoming customers to managing the rota to resolving queries.
  • Coaching and developing a high performance sales team.
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the store, stock management, store administration and best practice compliance.
  • Communicating clearly and confidently with your team.
  • Following health & safety procedures at all times.
  • Making a difference every day to the customer experience.
