ROLE SUMMARY:

This role is based at an established Inspired International School in Italy. The modern, purpose-built campus includes well-equipped science and mathematics labs, a central library, and specialist facilities for arts and sports. The school follows the IB continuum and fosters a welcoming, forward-thinking ethos.

The Role

• Teach IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) Mathematics and contribute to IB Diploma Programme (DP) Mathematics courses.
  
• Develop curriculum materials and take part in departmental planning.
  
• Support students for whom English is an additional language.
  
• Engage in wider school life and collaborate across departments.
  

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Essential

• EU citizenship or right to live and work in Italy.
  
• Degree in Mathematics (or closely related field) and recognised teaching qualification.
  
• Minimum two years’ mathematics teaching experience, ideally with external exam preparation.
  
• Understanding or experience of IB MYP/DP Mathematics.
  
• Excellent classroom management, communication and teamwork skills

Preferred

• Experience in international or multicultural schools.
  
• Experience supporting English as an Additional Language (EAL) learners
